OpenStudy (anonymous):

what's there to compare?! it weighs more on earth

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont know but thats what it asked I realize it weighs more on earth but how do i compare?

OpenStudy (btaylor):

The mass is the same in both places, but the weight is different because of more gravity on earth.

@BTaylor Dang, you beat me to it! :P But ya, what he said.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The mass of the bowling ball would be the same on the moon and the weight of the bowling ball would be lighter on the moon then it is on the earth.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because weight changes when the force of gravity changes.
