which statement describes a chemical change? 1 alcohol evaporates 2. water vapor forms snowflakes 3. table salt is crushed into powder 4. glucose (C6H12O6) and oxygen produce CO2 and H20 explanation please.

OpenStudy (btaylor):

the first three are examples of physical change, because the chemical structure of the matter is not altered. Alcohol still is (chemically) alcohol, water is still water, and salt is still salt. in the fourth one, there are new molecules being formed. That is chemical change.
