Who was involved in the crusades ?(:

Actually, the crusades were considered as holy wars. When the Ottoman Turks captured the city of Constantinople (which was the main place on the land route through Asia and Europe) it was considered of great religious importance for both Muslims and Christians. The Turkies had adopted Muslim religion so therefore the Christians were enraged. The Peopel pleaded the King and the feudal lords to take the city back. These wars were known as Crusades.
There were 3 notable crusades. In the third of these, King Richard of England, Emperor Frederick of Germany and another leader of which I do not know. Sorry, that is all the info i can give.
