OpenStudy (anonymous):

someone said they loved u. he said i love you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

need help with it.

OpenStudy (venomblast):

with what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

"Someone" is always singular, so to say "Someone said 'they' loved you" is incorrect. It should be "Someone said 'he or she' loved you" to make it singular. Not sure if that's the question, but just thought I'd put that out there.

OpenStudy (venomblast):

I know right. I dont get what you are trying to ask

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

it should also be he said, "i love you" OR he said that he loves you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hey so he does love me right??????????????????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I love you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Honestly, I don't see how this question has anything to do with writing.
