I suggested this a while ago, and would like to do so again, and hopefully get some more feedback from other users this time around.

In the settings, we are given the option to let OS send us an email if someone sends us a message and/or tags us in a post. I would like to suggest a new option of "Email me if someone I fanned mentioned me in a post," and "Email me if someone I fanned sends me a message."

Thoughts? Suggestions? Pros? Cons?

The mentioned and message settings both have an option for "People I'm a fan of".

But sometimes, I'm logged off, listening to some music doing some of my own stuff, and want to take a break from OS. However, some of the people on here I've grown to know quite well. Some of these people, I would gladly log back on to help with a question they have.

We do send you an email when you are warned.

Basically, so I don't get spammed by people tagging me/messaging me that want my help only because I have a relatively high level.

When I'm logged on, I want to see all of the mentions/messages I get even if they're not from people I've fanned. My suggestion is to keep the notifications as they are, just add an extra option for email.
