Can some one please help with this. Not sure how to set it up....The calorie-nutrient information for a pear and an avocado is given in the table. Over one week, how many of each should be eaten to get exactly 2485 calories and 179 grams of carbohydrates? One pear: 105 calories, and 23 carbohydrates One avocado: 325 calories and 19 carbohydrates

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Split the calories and carbs up: so for calories: 2485 = 105p + 325a and for carbs: 179 = 23p + 19a then solve for p and a

OpenStudy (seattle12345):

a=7 p=2 .....thanks for your help!
