Q - What are the the null and alternative hypotheses to be tested?

need some way to express it in terms like
Ho : τ1 = τ2 = τ3 ... τa =0
Ha : at least one τi ≠ 0
however i need equation that is suitable for this specific purpose

For each combination (2^2 = 4 combinations), there are 4 replicates, ie 16 values obtained.

Need to modify hypotheses from 2-way ANOVA to suit application.
