can anyone know which software should be used for assembly coding of microcontrollers

Well, you'll need an Editor and an Assembler. If you're looking for some fancy IDE, where you can debug via JTAG and stuff, you'd have to tell us the architecture you want to code for, pls.. For Example, you could use the GNU-Assembler simply known as "as" -> http://www.gnu.org/software/binutils/
