It's not, the answer is 21x+19 Your going to follow the order of operations.[5(4x+3)+(X+4) 5 times 4x= 20x then 5 times 3 = 15 so now you have 20x + 15 + x+ 4. 15 + x + 4 += 19 so you have 20x + 19 for the answer.
