(2x to the power of 2 - 11x) + (3x to the power of 2 + 10x - 4)

1. 5x power of 4 - 4

2. 6x power of 2 - 11x - 4

3. 5x power of 2 - x - 4

you can add (or subtract) terms with the same degree (power)
so
\[ 2x^2-11x + 3x^2+10x-4 \]
can be simplified by combining the x^2 terms
and combining the x terms.
