Merely posting an answer and nothing else is actually against the Code of Conduct for this site. If you see that activity, please report it by clicking the "report abuse" button on the response just giving an answer. 

I completely agree btw. Just giving an answer is not helpful.

we do have website moderators and administrators..i suppose they scold people privately to avoid humiliation ^_^

Messaged requests, warnings and suspensions are not seen by users other than those they are intended for; however, we tell people that posting just answers and posting requests for just answers is against the Code of Conduct with much energy and dedication.

Good to know...I'm on the look out as well. Just because I believe learners shouldn't be here to get answers, beats the point of the website. It's Open Study not Open Answers:)
