So that overweight person runs 4km/day aftr losing his 20% frm his total supposed weight...U hv given a relation between the distance walked and the weight lost during that walk...as the person loses 20% of his weight during his frst walk and then our guy walks again the same distance then he will lose the same 20% body weight...so according to me the energy consumption will be the same...
