OpenStudy (he66666):

linear algebra: Gram-schmidt process Find an orthonormal basis for the Euclidean space R3 that contains the vectors [2/3; -2/3; 1/3] and [2/3; 1/3; -2/3] answer: [1/3; 2/3; 2/3] How do you solve this question? All I know is that b and c has to be the same, which was derived from doing the dot product of the first vector with the unknown vector, and the second vector with the unknown vector. Can someone please help me?

OpenStudy (precal):

I haven't done linear algebra in a very long time, would the above link help you?

OpenStudy (he66666):

A bit, but thanks anyway precal! :)
