The times when we read are one of the most important times of the day. It's when the mind recharges and develops vocabulary for use in many situations. Many of us read less so that we can get more things done during our free time. Or, we work hard, and we're too tired. Regular reading habits are a crucial part of a healthy, happy mind.

Aside from the spelling and vocabulary trouble that can come from poor reading habits, there are other problems that can happen. Poor reading habits have been shown to lead to poor performance in school and at work, among other problems. People who do not read enough are also missing out on many interesting facts and stories. Your mood can be affected by what you read, to.

It is easy to see the important of reading regularly. Make sure you get your hands on a book, because without it, you might you might find yourself falling behind in many areas.
