I need help finding the perimeter of a certain polygon. The polygon is a triangle with 4 as its height and 10 as its base. It seems to be an equilateral triangle cut into two distinctive 30-60-90 right triangles. There are two hash marks on the left side and the right side of the base.

OpenStudy (alexwee123):

can you draw it please?
