Correct.Consecutive sides are indeed congruent. 3) There exists exactly one set of opposite sides parallel. Wrong. THis would be a trapezoid. 4) Opposite sides are parallel. Wrong. THis would again be a parallelogram.

I would go with either postulate or educated guess. I believe that it's a postulate though because it's pretty much the same thing.
