Topics for a report? I need to find two scholarly articles on a current topic related to chemistry. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try Google Scholar. You'll be able to find scholarly articles. You also can try JSTOR, though you need an institutional log-in for that (ie, access through a University, etc.). Most journals require such access or require a payment to view the article.
