Get the physiology colouring book by Kapit and use it! I have a friend who got through her physiology degree at Oxford because of this book (so she says...). Seriously, it's pretty cheap, the text is excellent and the act of colouring in forces you to slow down and take time to learn the material properly. It will give you a very solid foundation.
