Hello guys. I know a some about programming languages such as php and C++. in the first two lectures I knew most of the stuff which has been thought. I was wondering if this course is useful for me? I never took any classes for computers and I am not familiar with how to write algorithms or structuring a program very good.

Did you read the class syllabus? http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-00sc-introduction-to-computer-science-and-programming-spring-2011/Syllabus/ There's no doubt you could benefit from this course, however, you'd be best off reading through the syllabus, understanding the class goals, and making a determination if the time spent would be useful to you.

"This is not a course of python programming language, of course you'll learn it and that is good. But this is most about computer programming" That said, this is what fit your needs!

The first two lectures were really easy, even for me, and I don't have much programming experience. But I can tell you that by lecture 3 and 4 the pace really picks up and I'm having trouble following it now.
