That really depends on which branch of Medicine... Nurse, Doctor, Biologist, Mikrobiologist, Biochemist etc.

I would however start of with Anatomy & Physiology if it's any proffession related to hospital work, if it's science oriented you might aswell start from Microbiology and work your way up.
