(1/7x^2 - 2/5)(1/2x + 1/2)

so you use the foil method....
((1/7x^2)(1/2x))+((1/7x^2)(1/2))+((-2/3)(1/2x))+((-2/3)(1/2))

which would work out to be

(1/14x^3)+(1/14x^2)-(2/9x)-(2/9) if my math is not off that should be right
