2 questions RE APA style: 1. Numbers either in words or numerals should not begin sentence. Is it OK / recommended to end a sentence with numerals? 2. How would I cite, both in-text and in reference list, my university course syllabus?

You can end sentences with numbers. In fact, they only suggest that you don't use numerals. To cite a syllabus, in text use the author's name as you would any other, but in the references, use the format for any limited circulation text. Here is an example I found online. Jones, P. J. (2004). Syllabus for PSY B301 Abnormal Psychology. (Available from the Butler University Psychology Department, 402 Main Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222-3456)
