Its a rhombus! The properties you described are only of a rhombus and of nothing else. Diagonals are always perpendicular. Side lengths are always equal. Consider the properties of all of the shapes and then you will be able to easily figure out which one it is. Drawing pictures based on the given properties is a very helpful technique. Source: I learned all of this in 9th grade Geometry class.
