Water is considered a polar molecule because it _____. has the ability to freeze is made up of hydrogen and oxygen has a partial positive and negative charges at each end

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it is made up of hydrogen and oxygen

Water is considered a polar molecule because the opposite ends are both a different charge. This is due to the "V" shape molecule, that pushes opposite charges (one negative and the other positive) away from one another. Hope that helps! n_n
