MIT 6.00 Intro Computer Science (OCW) 8 Online

Hello.I have just started my studies of this course and I would like to know the best way to proceed. A lecture every day? Or would that be putting to much on my plate?

The course accelerates pretty quickly. Problem Set 0 is super easy, but I've been working on Problem Set 1 for over a week. It's not so much about learning Python as it is about the learning the programming concepts and it's no doubt quite challenging.

If you go pretty fast, your global understanding of the subject will be very superficial. If you go pretty slow you could forget the concepts of the past lectures. I recommend you to do two lectures every week if you can; this is the pace of most of the computer science courses in MIT and many colleges.
