(x2 - 10x + 25) + (y2 - 16y +64) = 16 center (, ) radius =

OpenStudy (btaylor):

for a circle, the general equation is of the form: \[(x-h)^{2} + (y-k)^{2} = r^{2}\] the center is at (h,k) and the radius is r. If you put it into that form, I'll check it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

centre(5,8) r=4 compare the values to d equation of a circle when d coordinates of the centre are (a ,b)i.e x^2+y^2-2ax-2by +c=0 the formula for the radius is sqrt x^2+y^2-c
