it is: \[3a^{2}b+2a^{2}b^{2} -ab^{2} + a^{2}b^{2} = 3a^{2}b^{2} + 3a^2b-ab^2\] From there, you could remove the GCFs if necessary.

because the like terms, with both a and b squared, can be combined. like adding x + 2x = 3x
