here is the answer http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=x%2By%3D2+%2C-3x%2B4y%3D15

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can rewrite first equation as \(y=2-x\) substitute in the second equation and get \[-3x+4(2-x)=15\] and then solve that one for \(x\) if you like
