the equation for D is 
D=D0*e^-(Qd/RT)

the values for D, R, and T are known. ... I just don't know what to do I feel lost.  Please help.

I tried setting the equation to one variable. and got lost doing so. I'm still working on it, if you need any clarifications, let me know, I'll try explaining
