Where exactly is you problem?
Installing eclipse under windows is like installing every else program. On linux you just download and start it.

In Linux it is much easier to install: you only have to extract the compressed folder wherever you want into your PC and then add plugins if you need them. Moreover, in this way you may have as many Eclipse installations as you want, each one in a separate folder. 
On my PC, for instance, I have one folder with Eclipse for ARM32, one folder with Eclipse for C++ and another one with Eclipse for Android.

ya no need of installation ...just download , use it after extracting..it will work
