DNA replication involves the activity of various enzymes. Which of these enzymes is correctly paired with its function?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need a picture, or the multiple choices

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i just noticed that,hang on:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a.dna polymerase-seperates the dna helix b.dna ligase-links new nucleotides to original base c.dna polymerase-adds new nucleotides to the growing dna strand

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Heena I got this ok?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

B is almost accurate , but none of the others are even close to being accurate, so your teacher thinks it is B.

OpenStudy (blues):

Hmm, DNA ligase certainly has a role in DNA replication. It binds together Okazaki fragments into one single new DNA strand but it does not add new nucleotides to existing bases. The one that does that is C.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its C. b is the wrong answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C
