I can't think of any due to Reconstruction itself. Reconstruction was a miserable failure, and should serve as one of the strongest possible historical warnings against the concept of "nation building" by armed force.

On the other hand, if you just mean during the time of Reconstruction, the so-called Reconstruction Amendments to the Constitution (13th, 14th and 15th) are all important standards of American liberty.

Also, President Grant's vigorous defense of the rights of blacks and Indians set a high-water mark for the rights of minorities that was not reached again until the 1920s, roughly, and maybe much later.
