There are 12 bulbs of which 3 are not working. All is tested 1 by 1 in turn. What the probability of finding 2 working bulbs (a) among the first 3 bulbs tested? (b) when 3 bulbs have been tested, but not before? Answer given were (a) 27/55 (b) 18/55 Anybody help me by showing the steps how to arrive at the two answers?
