how do show a fraction on this :S is there a code thing?
\(\LaTeX\) :D
a \over b OR \frac{a}{b}\( \color{Black}{\Rightarrow \Large {a \over b} }\)
ahh okay ! :) THANKS @ParthKohli
enclose the lines with these \[
and \]
I prefer \(
and \) to type in the same line
ah yea \), \( in revers order, are for inline text
I just press enter and do \( because that saves space if you're solving steps
\( \color{Black}{\Rightarrow 2x = 4 }\) \( \color{Black}{\Rightarrow x = 4 \div 2 = 2 }\)
\[2x = 4\] \[x = 2\] look at the space between them.. unneeded
for multiplication use \times \(\times\) or \cdot \(\cdot\)
\(9\cdot 4\) or \(9 \times 4\) Demonstration :)
\[\begin{array}\\ \times& \times &\cancel \circ\\ & \cancel \circ &\circ\\ \cancel \circ&\times&\times\end{array}\]
okay. lol im trying it out.. \[\frac{2x^{2}-5x-3}{2x^{2}-11x+15} \times \frac{4^2-8x-5 }{4x^2+4x+1}\] ;... yay it worked! could i put this code onto h "ask a question" box :S or would it not show?
it looks weird in on the questions side but when you open the question it is clear at the top
oh okay. thanks
