Assume you’re 16 years old and preparing to celebrate Christmas after the summer of your first job. As a gift to your parents, you decide to have the doorbell replaced at your house. A repairman gives you a document that states that the estimate for repair is $75. However, when the bill arrives after the work is done, the repairman charges you $100 because he said that the repair estimate only included labor, not materials. In this hypothetical example, why would a court more than likely rule that the contract is invalid? (1 point) You are not 18, or of legal age. You are not mentally competent. The contract is for an illegal service. The contract did not include a consideration.
