I am in the middle of a project in which I have to calculate the optimal viscosity of liquid soap to achieve maximum foam when in contact with running water. Which physical principles should I apply and which calculation should I do? Thank you!

you can start with collecting all variables and doing experiments to try to understand their dependence with viscosity.then optimize the conditions to get a max value.
