Find the mean, median, mode of: 3,7,3,7,4,5,6,5,13,12 mode is 3,5,7 mean is 6.5

myininaya (myininaya):

Are you have trouble finding the median?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There is two right? 4 and 5?

myininaya (myininaya):

So those are the two middle numbers when ordering it from least to greatest? If so, then take the average of those to find the median.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh I forgot to order is least to greatest. hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 5,6 and now I find the average?

myininaya (myininaya):

yep find the average of 5 and 6 By adding them together and then dividing that sum by 2.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5.5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks:)

myininaya (myininaya):

ok great if you had one middle in your data, then you don't have to do any extra work but if you have two middles in your data, then you have to take the average of those middles
