for this, you use the intersecting chord theorem, which says that the product of the segments of the intersecting chords must be equal
so, you say that PCtimesPB = 2.4*2.7 = 6.48 and DPtimesAD = 1.6*4.8 = 7.68
those two aren't equal, so the measurements must be wrong
