I really need help with math !!!!!!

OpenStudy (kropot72):

First step is to find the mean by adding up the data and dividing the total by 10. Can you do that and post the result?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes let me try

OpenStudy (anonymous):

10.9

OpenStudy (kropot72):

Good. The mean is 10.9. Next step is to find the difference between each item of data and the mean. Then square the result. For example taking the first item of data 6:\[6-10.9=-4.9\] \[(-4.9)^{2}=24.01\] Can you do the other 9 and post back the results?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

^^^guess that was too much of a task...:(

OpenStudy (kropot72):

Yes. A pity though.
