Look at the first and last terms, find their factors and try to put them in two brackets. I will give u the factors to use and u can try to do it urself. the factors that need to be used are 9 and 7 and the brackets will be >> (3x )(2x )

an alternate method would be to take out 3 first (since it is common to each term) 3(2x + x - 21) now break down the middle terms 3(2x - 6x + 7x - 21) now you can proceed to good ol' factoring ;)
