Why coulomb's law on electric force cannot be performed in some countries like Fiji?
????
needs an answer just now for our physics presentation.....Plz...
Air humidity is too high.
@Sancy - It's not that the law doesn't hold, it's rather that some climates are more accommodation to objects holding static electricity than others. @Vincent-Lyon.Fr's response is a pretty good guess.
hey.. sorry but dats new for me.. i have heard dis first time but according to magnetic field may be the reasion and other things is more humidity... u can check this for indonesia and other nearby countries if results are same definatly magnetic concepts are to be introduced..
Even in mid-latitudes where we have dryer air, performing those experiments in class on a rainy day usually leads to failure because the bodies easily discharge through moist air.
ya frien u are ryt but these laws are valid in countries like Sri Lanka.. as this part is more smaller and is small island... but they are away from line of equator but countries like fiji and indonesia are near to that...
@kapoor Of course these laws are fundamental laws, valid across the entire Universe! The fact that is is extremely difficult to experiment under moist conditions does not mean they are not valid.
well sir my point is.. can we say dat its due to line of eqators.. whch can be further link with magnetc field concept...??
It has nothing to do with position of Equator or with Earth's magnetic field.
den is it only humidity according to u whch is effectng it??
yep!
reason?
I mean if we have to explain hw Air humidty effcts dis?
