so it rotates 360 / 15 = 24 degrees a minute

A) Angle = 3 x 24 = 72 degrees

Thank you! I don't know what's wrong with me I know how to do this but I just couldn't remember how for some reason, I think it's because in the past two days I've had like 7 maybe 8 hours of sleep. Wow I am out of it. Darn you finals!
