ordered pairs are simply just a pair of (x , y) points

We have two variables in this table 1. Age 2.Value

we can see that the Age of the car and the Value of the car obey a relationship, i.e they are related to each other.

so take each value of Age as a X variable and the corresponding value of Price as a Y value.

So ordering the pairs we would get

(3, 7)
(4, 5.5)
(5, 4)

Now plot these points on a graph, once you've done that => Draw a line going through those points.
