Ok. I have an idea that will tell the users how to play this multiplayer game :) (OS is a multiplayer studying game)

We could have an interactive video(we already have the intro). It tells us how the users engage and help others through owls. I thought of owls as explaining the users how medals work. I'd be going through the detail.

Content of the video -
So, there's this owl who is coloured white(colors do matter). The owl needs help and is sitting on a tree.
Now, he's confused with a problem 2 + 2(we'll go basic so it looks pretty). The owl writes the problem on the blackboard.
Suddenly, an owl who is colored black comes into the scene. His expression would look something like this --> -.-
The owl steals the chalk, and then writes '4' on the blackboard, without doing anything.
The owl who needed help still has the confused face, but ties a medal around his neck.

Now, as this happens, we have a big RED CROSS on the screen which signifies that this act is not correct. Also, we have a buzzing sound.

Scene 2:
We have a yellow coloured owl, and he comes into the frame.
The owl watches the confused owl, and smiles.
He takes him to the nest, and shows some eggs to him.
He takes two eggs, then takes two eggs from another bird's nest.
He makes him go through the eggs and counts them like this:
Hoot! Hoot! Hoot! Hoot!
Four hoots ^
And then we see smiles on the faces of both the owls.

I have not decided the message that comes in the ending.

We can make interactive videos for all features, but I think this video will really change how people think of medals. They're not about answering correct, but making the understanding process so easy for the asker, that he/she thinks, "Oh! How couldn't I understand this one? Thanks, it was so easy!"

The intro has all these owls. Well, this can be a continuation to the intro. We could have a playlist of all these videos that explain the system the funny way :D

Also, the black owl enters the scene in speed. If you guys have watched the road runner, you'd have noticed how it's just a blur when he runs. The same way, the black owl will enter and exit the scene :D

i have asked colm and preetha about this and laura was in for this too, but mine wasn't interactive it was like human wise showin it all and doin it hands on. im still trying to figure a time out when i can get a mod for this but i like your idea very much!

I don't see this happening anytime in the near-term, but after we feel like the site has stabilized in features, then perhaps. We don't have enough human bandwidth to do this and work on forward development, though.
