ok now that is something interesting! now tell me are those after C9H10O3 infra red spectrum frequencies and if yes did you identify them? and i dont see 1H NMR spectrum, there is nothnig after ":"
and it would help if you could attach IR graph you got cause its easier to recognize which functional group it is from intesity of peak and form broadness of peak, but if i have to guess now i would say you got there hydroxyl groups (-OH) and acidic group (-COOH)
