I'm not sure what your exact question is.  Here is a general outline to follow. 

Paragraph 1 = Introduction. This is where you mention your thesis and your three main points. 

* * * What question are you trying to answer with this paper? Your thesis will be the answer to that question. For example, a paper about the dangers of cigarette smoking could have this for a thesis: "Smoking can cause many health problems, such as asthma, emphysema, and even death."

Paragraph 2 = Discuss main point 1.

Paragraph 3 = Discuss main point 2.

Paragraph 4 = Discuss main point 3.

* * * Make sure you only discuss ONE point in each of the body paragraphs. Don't skip back and forth between points. Discuss one point, in it's entirety, before moving on to another point, in the next paragraph.

Paragraph 5 = Conclusion. Again, your thesis should be here, as well as another mention of your 3 main points. This is a summary. NO NEW INFORMATION should be added to the conclusion.

A five sentance paragraph essay is very good for this sort of thing. You really just want to make sure you dont drag out thoughts too much. I could either repeat everything said by Peeps, or I could just add some tips that I have found personally. It may be best to just begin with a story line on paper, except with all your thoughts put on it for your essay. Then divide them into paragraphs like said by Peeps.
