hello..i want to ask some help..( if a particle's position is given by x = 4 - 12t + 3t to the power of 2 (where t is in seconds and x is in meters). what is its velocity at t = 1s? b.) is it moving in the positive or negative direction of x just then? c.) what is its speed just then? d.) is the speed larger or smaller at later times? e.) is there any instant when the velocity is zero? f.

put t=1 to get v at t=1s...its sign will tell if it is moving in positive and negative direction..
put v=0 to find the value of t at which the velocity is zero.
