hello..i want to ask some help..( if a particle's position is given by x = 4 - 12t + 3t to the power of 2 (where t is in seconds and x is in meters). what is its velocity at t = 1s? b.) is it moving in the positive or negative direction of x just then? c.) what is its speed just then? d.) is the speed larger or smaller at later times? e.) is there any instant when the velocity is zero? f.

|dw:1339825845189:dw| put t=1 to get v at t=1s...its sign will tell if it is moving in positive and negative direction.. put v=0 to find the value of t at which the velocity is zero.
