Find the equation for the parabola with focus at (3, -3) and vertex at (3, 1). a.x2 + 6x +16y -7 = 0 b.x2 + 6x + 16y - 25 = 0 c.x2 - 6x - 16y + 25 = 0 d.x2 - 6x + 16y -7 = 0

OpenStudy (radar):

the third one down looks like it might be right. use (x-h)^2=4p(y-k) where h,k is the vertex and p is the directed distance from focus and vertex, 1-(-3) is 4 in this case.
