I personally believe it is Nonfiction. Although it has all already been thought of, it is hard to mix your thoughts into one. Of course this is supposing you are writing a paper, not a story. But nonfiction, I think, is yes, the hardest to write about. Again, this is strictly MY opinion and your question is a matter of opinion.

I agree with confusionist! Fiction (for me) is not the hardest to write about because you're allowed to use your imagination and it could be unique! Like Purple flying unicorn poop :D Never heard of that now didja?
