Treat the roots as if they were variables. You can add and subtract the numbers with the same roots.

Let x = sqrt(7) and y = sqrt(6) So 5*sqrt(7)+12*sqrt(6)-10*sqrt(7)-5*sqrt(6) would then become 5x+12y-10x-5y

Combine like terms and then replace x and y with sqrt(7) and sqrt(6) when you're all done.
